Clari Announces 3X Customer Growth in 2017

We just finished crunching the numbers for fiscal year 2017 and what a year it was. We’ve tripled our customer base, and grew our daily active users 2.7x with 32 million deals analyzed every single day. We’ve also analyzed nearly 200 million emails and 30 million meetings through our AI engine. We were also recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor and named one of G2 Crowd’s Top 100 Software companies and Top 25 Silicon Valley companies. It’s been a momentous year.

Today, everyone from Adobe to Zoom is leveraging our AI-based platform for daily sales execution and forecasting. And, while we’re excited to welcome the likes of Audi, GE, and PerkinElmer to our growing family of customers, we’re equally pleased to report that our renewal rates are at nearly 100 percent too! All of those early adopters of Clari are not only sticking around for the long-term, but increasing their investment with Clari year over year.

We recently surveyed our base to gauge their satisfaction level and found that a whopping 93 percent of Clari users report better forecast accuracy. More than 60 percent say they’ve experienced an uptick in close rates. These survey findings suggest that Clari is delivering measurable return on investment along with meaningful sales insights.

So what drove this growth?

The integration of AI and predictions into the sales and forecasting process are creating a major market movement. We are laser-focused on helping sales organizations leverage the power of AI to drive revenue by making selling easier and forecasting a more accurate science.
