Clari Named Top Workplace for 5th Consecutive Year

We’re excited and honored to announce the Bay Area News Group has named Clari a Top Workplace for 2019, making it the fifth consecutive year we’ve earned this honor.

Winners are determined solely through anonymous employee feedback to a third-party survey that gauges their workplace satisfaction and culture. And year after year (after year after year after year), our expanding Clari team continues to give us the stamp of approval.

At Clari, we know that a rewarding work environment is more than good compensation, fair benefits, and the occasional food truck hosted event (though those things are pretty key, too).

You also have to provide work that’s interesting and meaningful, in an environment that’s nurturing and inclusive, for each team member. Efforts have to be recognized. Voices have to be heard. And work/life balance has to be baked into the very fiber of the company.

We consider workplace culture to be at the center of what we do. In fact, our core values were developed by our employees, not our executives. After all, it’s our employees that make our workplace so special. (Inc. Magazine also named us one of the Best Places to Work in 2019)

But it’s not just our employees who benefit from our engaging workplace culture. Happy people work better — and our customers have been consistently enjoying great returns as a result.

In a recent survey, 93% of customers saw an improvement in forecast accuracy and 62% noted higher win rates. In fact, our customers ranked us #1 in Overall Satisfaction on G2 Crowd last year. It’s humbling and inspiring.

However, we know our work isn’t done.

We’re continuing to innovate, collaborate, and push the limits to build the only Connected Revenue Operations Platform that drives full funnel accountability across sales, marketing and customer success. And to do that, we need to take care of our people first. To know that our employees rank Clari as a Top Workplace means we’re on the right track.

Want to join us? We’re hiring. We’d love to hear from you.
