We’ve accomplished so much in 2018 (see the above video!), and I’m excited to share some of the high points from the year.
We raised a $35 million Series C led by Tenaya Capital and doubled our year-over-year customer growth. We’re thrilled to have earned the right to serve companies like Marketo and UiPath — joining current customers like Atlassian, HP Enterprise and Adobe. We added more remarkable Clarians to the team — including new exec team members — Chief Marketing Officer, Cornelius Willis; Chief Revenue Officer, Kevin Knieriem; and Chief Financial Officer, Alyssa Filter.
We’re proud to continue delivering meaningful results to the best sales teams in the world. In a recent survey, 71 percent of our customers experienced a major boost in data quality, while 81 percent spent less time in their CRM systems, and 66 percent experienced a significant productivity boost in their weekly forecast calls. We’re starting to see how we can help revenue teams realize their greatest potential, and we’re humbled and grateful our customers ranked us #1 in Overall Satisfaction on G2 Crowd.
We’ve analyzed over 50 billion sales and marketing data points, processed north of $200 billion in total pipeline value, and identified more than 5 million new marketable contacts for our customers that were missing from their CRM systems.
Many of those data points came through our new Activity Intelligence capabilities, which provide real-time insight into sales activity data — where reps are spending (& not spending) time. This helps sales managers coach teams to greater productivity, while marketing teams identify top accounts that need more air coverage.
We’re seeing teams across the revenue organization, from sales to marketing to ops, use Clari daily to drive predictable revenue. When go-to-market teams have a shared source of truth, they can collaborate better and align strategies to drive more pipeline, increase revenue and boost forecast accuracy. Our new partnership with Marketo provides even more transparency by integrating marketing engagement data into the deal inspection process.
Our team continues to push the limits to bring our customers more value. Nothing makes me happier than seeing Clarians grow as they take on new challenges. I take great pride in the fact that we were included in the Best Places to Work list for the 4th year in a row.
