What Is Skyhigh CloudTrust™?
The Skyhigh CloudTrust™ program provides an objective and comprehensive analysis of a cloud service provider's security controls and enterprise readiness. This program helps customers lower their risk and streamline their evaluation of Clari's security infrastructure. Furthermore, with the enterprise-ready rating, Clari's security is on par with the hundreds of other services that have already achieved this rating, such as Salesforce, DocuSign, HubSpot, and Box.

The CloudTrust Assessment
As Clari went through the rating assessment process, we were very pleased with the diligence of the evaluation as well as the extent of attributes reviewed. The CloudTrust team examined data attributes such as encryption of data in transit, data at rest, data multi-tenancy, along with multi-factor authentication, support for SAML-based single sign-on integration with enterprise identity services, and mobile device pinning. In addition, data protection measures were reviewed via penetration testing, IP filtering support, and activity logging. CloudTrust also factored business attributes into their analysis, including compliance certifications and legal attributes such as jurisdictional factors, limits of liability, terms of use, and privacy policy.
